| Western Plates and “Obanzai” Mini-buffet |

For breakfast, we offer a daily special plate menu based on Western cuisine and a mini-buffet of Kyoto's delicacies called "Obanzai".
The main dishes are mainly Western-style dishes that can be enjoyed by a wide range of customers. On the other hand, the mini-buffet includes Japanese dishes such as “Koshihikari from Kyotango”, daily special "Grilled Mackerel", and "Dashi Chazuke (rice with kombu and bonito broth)".
Please enjoy eat a variety of Kyoto-like tastes, colored by both Japanese and Western influences.

The texture of the juicy chicken is balanced by the sweetness of the honey and the mild acidity of the mustard.

| Pork Ginger |

Tender pork is the star of the show, the plate is richly flavored with the sweetness of ginger, onion and apple juice.

| Salmon Grilled with Tartar Sauce |

The natural salmon from Hokkaido is used, and the "ice-salt maturing" process, in which the salmon is slowly aged at low temperature maturing in ice brine for 72 hours, brings out the original flavor of the salmon.

| Obanzai |

"Obanzai" is a term used to describe side dishes prepared on a daily basis in Kyoto households.
Obanzai, which mainly consist of seasonal vegetables, are prepared by boiling, simmering, or dressing, and are gentle on the body and have an excellent nutritional balance.
A wide variety of daily specials are available, including "Eggplant Ohitashi", "Simmered Nankin", "Komatsuna Ohitashi", "Ganmo", "Yuzu Flavored Radish", "Kinpira Lotus Root", "Cooked Beef and Burdock Root", and more.

We offer bread from "Shinshindo", a bakery founded in Kyoto in 1913 with more than 10 stores in Kyoto.
